Creating a Restful Garden
Client’s brief here was to create a restful garden with easy access all on one level, and to include a mid-way patio to catch the afternoon sunshine.
A properly laid out vegetable garden with raised beds and a summerhouse, were also a requirement.
Porcelain paving was used throughout and edged with sandstone blocks, to create a spacious patio across the back of the house and a curved path up the garden to meet the mid patio, which is flanked with planting. The path meanders onward through a trellis archway to the vegetable garden and its hexagonal summerhouse.
